Alex Robertson is an incredible artist who is just starting a piece with the working title of Effluent Evidence. Effluent Evidence, is an ongoing project using open source data to investigate Thames Water dumping of raw sewage into waterways. The data that is being used has to be provided to the public by Thames Water in accordance with the Environment Agency who asked all water companies in 2017, to start monitoring storm overflow activity.
