Active 360

Who They Are

Active360 is an AALA licenced watersports business with a main base at Kew Bridge. It employs river activities with an aim to engage people in protection of river environments.  These include lessons, events, trips and equipment rentals.

Specific work underway to protect the Thames :

  • Increased river clean ups (Paddle and Pick) with businesses to be our main business activity. We also run some open to everyone

  • With Port of London Authority funding we are working with London Sports Trust (charity( and BioSystems to develop an affordable, accurate and portable water quality testing programme  (initially EColi) - Tideway Water Monitor

  • We actively support In The Drink CIC (which we co founded) in its quest to encourage pubs to switch from single use plastic (SUP) cups to reusables.  Report to Government will be completed March 2025 and the CIC is now seeking MP and GLA support to ban SUP cups - starting in London
